Collection: Hoops

The hoop is one of the five pieces of rhythmic gymnastics equipment. It's made of plastic and is usually decorated with coloured adhesive tape; the regulation hoop measures between 80 and 90 cm in diameter, though at Indigo Sports you'll find sizes from 55 cm for younger gymnasts.

To choose the right size, stand the hoop on the floor: its top edge should reach the hip bone, about 2 cm below the belly button, for both girls and adult gymnasts.
