The boxing bandages in this category are made of cotton and nylon and are used to protect the wrist and knuckles before putting on your boxing gloves. They wrap directly around the hand to give support during training.

They're a basic accessory both for those who train boxing or kickboxing regularly and for those starting out at the gym who don't yet have their own gear. Wrap them tightly around the wrist and looser around the fingers.
