The rope is one of the five rhythmic gymnastics apparatus, made from polyester, nylon or other synthetic materials, available at Indigo in two lengths, 2.5 and 3 metres, in plain, weighted or lurex versions.

To choose the right size, take the gymnast's height into account: folded in half, it should reach the shoulders, or fully stretched out, it should reach armpit height when held with both hands. The rope can also be cut to suit each gymnast's needs.
